This was my first ever non-homemade pizza! It wasn't the best but it wasn't too bad. I was a bit upset because I heard a lot of good reviews too.
Overall: 3/5
Taste: 4/5
Size:3/5
Preparation Time: 5/5
This piece had a good amount of vegetables, but there was NO tomato sauce. I think the crust was very delicious though. I bought it at my local Kroger and it was about $4-5. Here is a link to buy it: http://www.amys.com/products/product-detail/pizzas/000103

Tofu Scramble
Tofu scramble is an easy vegan alternative to eggs! This was absolutely delicious and it had the consistency of an egg. Most recipes are the same but, I'll just type it out anyway.
ingredients:
olive oil (1 tablespoon)
firm tofu (I used one whole block, but I recommend 1/2)
red and yellow mini bell peppers (one of each)
turmeric (1 teaspoon, you can adjust it to your liking)
nutritional yeast (1 tablespoon)
salt
pepper
directions:
1. mash up all the tofu with a fork
2. put your pan on medium heat and pour olive oil
3. add in all your bell peppers and cook them for a little while
4. add in the scrambled tofu
5. add in the turmeric and nutritional yeast
6. afterwards, you can add in salt and pepper, depending on your taste preference
This tofu scramble goes perfectly with Thomas Bagels! Everyone should try it out at least once.

Vegan Waffles
So, I decided to make vegan waffles for my family today!
1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
This recipe was inspired by SpiceUptheCurry: Eggless Waffle Recipe. Except, I changed it up a little!
Vegan Waffle Recipe:
dry ingredients:
1 cup of flour1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
wet ingredients:
1 tablespoon of oil
2 teaspoons of water
2 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (put enough to make it creamy)
Directions:
1. mix in all the dry ingredients
2. make a little hole in the middle and add in oil, water, and vanilla extract
3. slowly add in the unsweetened almond milk
4. mix into the batter is smooth with no lumps
5. pour it in a waffle maker and wait until they turn crispy
6. ENJOY!!
I topped my waffles with powdered sugar, blueberry syrup, maple syrup, and bananas! The waffles are very tasty and even my meat-eating family liked them! I highly recommend this recipe because the ingredients are very simple and it takes a short amount of time to make these. Have a good day everybody.
Introduction
Hello! I am Megan, a fifteen year old from Virginia.
I was interested in a vegetarian lifestyle since the summer of 2015. I decided to go vegetarian in March 2016 and a month after, I transitioned to a vegan diet! I always loved animals and just knowing that they suffered for my taste buds saddened me. With this blog, I want to put up recipes and reviews and hopefully inspire people to become a vegan!
